Note: For people heading south or on vacation – Once your 2020 dues are paid- you may request a “Member in Good Standing Letter” by sending an email request to email@example.com.
Stickers are no longer required per the letter but are available (when club is open) if preferred.

Please complete the above form and give to a manager at the Club.
There is a $5 per card processing fee (due when you pick up your new card)
to replace lost, damaged, or stolen cards.
If you are on a Club Committee or involved in planning a Club Event, use this form (Expense Report ) at the beginning of the year to plan expenses for the Club Event, OR use it to recover expenses you personally incurred for the Club Event, with the original invoice´s attached.

Current SJRYC Members in good standing may rent a portion of the facility for private events so long as they do not conflict with member use of the Club and member events.
Gifts Policy: Gifts to the Club must be accepted by the Board of Directors. If a gift is accepted, it shall become the sole, exclusive and unconditional property of the Club. June 2016
